Data Commitments

Using an AI agent platform means trusting it with important information: your API keys, your prompts, your agents and the results they produce. These are the commitments CAP Consultor LLC makes to every YAJU AS customer about that data. They apply to all customers, not only to enterprise customers.

This page is a summary written in plain language. The full details are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are the binding documents.

1. Your data is yours. You own your agents, settings, prompts and the results they generate. Using YAJU AS does not transfer the ownership of your content to us.
2. We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
3. We do not train AI models with your data.
4. Your keys, your provider, your costs. You connect your own AI provider keys and pay your provider directly. We use your keys only to run the agents and features you enable.
5. Stored in the EU. Our main database is hosted by Neon in Frankfurt, Germany. Some providers process data in the USA, always with legal safeguards.
6. Encrypted and restricted. Customer data is stored encrypted. Inside CAP, only our founder and CEO can access it, and only to run the Platform, give support, handle security or comply with the law.
7. Clear about our own AI. Features such as the Agent Analyzer and Reviewer process agent data with AI models used by CAP, only to provide those features.
8. Only your workspace sees your data. In the Platform, your agents' activity, token usage and costs are shown only to your workspace, according to the roles set by the Owner.
9. You can delete. You can delete agents and their data at any time. When you close your account, you have 30 days to export your data, and then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
10. We tell you if something goes wrong. If a breach affects your data, we inform you without undue delay.
11. Enterprise contracts. Enterprise customers can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Write to contact@capconsultor.eu.

What these commitments do not cover

These commitments cover the data that CAP stores and processes. They do not cover the way third-party AI providers and tools handle the data your agents send to them. When your agents use an AI provider, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply. We recommend that you review them before connecting a provider.
