The Scholars Program is a remote, part-time paid position that matches each scholar with a mentor. You work alongside the Yaju team on agent creation, use, management and improvement.


Mentorship
Work one to one with a mentor from the Yaju team for the whole length of the programme.
Tools
Get access to the Yaju ecosystem tools, the same ones our own engineers use to run agents.
Ownership
Everything you build during the programme is yours, and it stays under your own ownership.

No. In fact, we are particularly interested in identifying candidates with strong engineering skills and demonstrated creative thinking but limited experience or no experience with published papers. You need not have to have previous research experience to apply.
We consider the background, the skills and the interests of each applicant, and take a decision from there.
Yes, this is a paid position.
It is remote, and there is no need to relocate to a Yaju office. We want this open to people anywhere. In the long run we do prefer working in person, so if you are near one of our offices you are welcome to come and work with us there.
Yes, it is possible. The programme is structured as a part-time commitment, so it can fit alongside study or other work.
